Terms and Conditions for Training Courses
- Full payment must appear in Kartoza’s account at least ten business days before the first day of the course. For South African entities an official order is acceptable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course should insufficient delegates meet the requirement in (1). In such case we will not be liable for any expenses incurred by anyone, and we will simply refund the full amount paid, after ten business days have passed, or hold it over for another course if requested.
- If a refund is made, the onus lies on the delegate to nominate the account into which the refund must be paid.
