Samweli Mwakisambwe is a passionate software engineer, located in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. An open technologies enthusiast, interested in providing innovative solutions for solving different communities challenges. 

My past experiences include working and supporting Tanzania Government on using Open Data in building community disaster resilience and strengthening the Government accountability and transparency.

When not writing code, I will be playing Tanzanian checker, reading books about technology, human nature. I'm still wondering about the meaning of life. I entertain imagination, like to know what is there beyond the Universe!
